  • Microencapsulated Caffeine: This extended release caffeine is formed by taking caffeine molecules and coating them with MCT oil, which slowly releases the caffeine into the bloodstream. This allows Flow to work for an entire workday.

  • A randomized double-blind cognitive performance study was conducted examining the effects of caffeine with and without L-Theanine. 
  •  The L-Theanine and caffeine combination improved both speed and accuracy of performance of the attention-switching task at 60 min, and reduced susceptibility to distracting information in the memory task at both 60 min and 90 min. 
  •  Flow contains a blend of L-Theanine and extended release caffeine to replicate these results.

Green Caffeine®  is natural caffeine compound derived from green coffee bean extract. This extract also contains a spectrum of antioxidants found in green coffee beans such as Hydrocinnamic acid & Chlorogenic acid.

L-Theanine

A naturally occurring amino acid found primarily in tea. It does an excellent job at relaxing without being a sedative, making it an excellent choice to pair with stimulants.

Alpha Lipoic Acid
